【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충주여성새로일하기센터(센터장 표효순)는 13일 지역 내 산업별 인력 현황과 훈련 수요에 관한 정보를 공유하고, 기관 간 취업 지원 서비스 연계 협력을 위한 관계기관 간담회를 개최했다.

이번 간담회는 지역 내 여성들의 경제활동 참여를 활성화하고, 지역 기업체와 기관과 네트워크 강화를 목표로 추진됐다.

또한 이번 간담회에서는 노무법인 청춘의 선임 노무사가 ‘CEO를 위한 공정 채용 프로세스’ 특강이 진행돼, 기업 내 여성 취업과 고용 안정화에 대한 다양하고 실질적인 방안이 모색됐다.

행사에는 충주여성새로일하게센터와 충주시여성기업인협회(회장 이용숙)의 25개 기업 대표가 참석했으며, 충주여성새로일하기센터의 사업소개와 업무협약식 또한 진행됐다.

협약은 여성 취업률 활성화를 위해 기업과의 취업 지원 서비스 연계와 협력 등 일자리 관련 거버넌스 구축과 상호협력 강화를 목적으로 진행됐다.

표효순 센터장은 “이번 간담회를 통해 충주여성새로일하기센터는 여성 고용 안정과 취업 활성화에 기여하고, 지역 경제 발전에도 중요한 역할을 하도록 노력하겠다”라고 말했다.
